He is a past president of the Iowa Intellectual Property Law Association, Past Chair of the Iowa State Bar Association Technology Committee and Chair of the Polk County Bar Association Website Committee.

Rush Nigut is shareholder with the law firm of Sullivan & Ward, P.C., a business law firm located in West Des Moines, Iowa. Rush has over 12 years experience as a business and trial lawyer.
